For Thanksgiving this year, Gus and I hit the road and headed to Padre Island! I had been to the Texas Gulf Coast but not here. It was truly stunning. Being a Pacific coast kinda gal, I haven’t truly experienced a SUNRISE over the ocean, so experiencing it twice while camping @padreislandnps was pretty spectacular. This is photo is just before 🌅 ❤️

A little Thanksgiving trip to Padre Island on the gulf coast of Texas! I’d never been to this area of the coast and IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! Nothing like camping on the beach of the @padreislandnps ❤️

GUS IS ONE! While he was found as a puppy wandering @discoverodessa in January, the vet did sciencey things and determine his age and assigned his birthday as November 22! He can drive me absolutely bonkers, I can’t imagine life without him ❤️

New Orleans is coming…

My sweet and sometimes chaotic puppy, Gus, graduated from @petsmart Intermediate Training Course. Cannot speak highly enough of Sabrina at the @discoverodessa location. Onto Advanced, tricks, and Brain Games!

I was supposed to be at the Zach Bryan show tonight @tamu but, following an emergency vet trip due to a bad reaction, I stayed home. Turns out, Gus also love @zachlanebryan and @spaceykacey too ♥️

Odessa friends…I cannot recommend @alexathesitter enough for all your pet needs. Gus adores Alexa and I feel so safe leaving him with her! I mean, he even is working on his movie impersonations 😂

Sunrise over New Mexico…opting outside has helped so much with my anxiety. On this World Mental Health Day, I hope you all can be brave and live furiously!
