'If you want to keep your memories, you first have to live them.'-Bob Dylan I have never been much of a resolutions kind of person. As a kid, I loved New Years. For this holiday season, I returned to Greenville, SC to spend it with my dad and brother. I road tripped with my dad and it was a lot of fun. We spent most of the time discussing the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and who/who was not enshrined. This was all brought to us … Continue reading Adventures in Greenville: ‘Warm Circle of Family’

My parents have both traveled the globe...in fact they met on a plane and reconnected via the busiest airport in the world. Due to my dad's job, I was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and … Continue reading ‘Who I’ve Grown To Be’

‘Furiously Happy’

December 14, 2018January 31, 2019 / Kelly / 3 Comments

'Furiously Happy' is my philosophy in life. Jenny Lawson's first book, Let's Pretend This Never Happened, is one of my all time favorite books! It's hilarious and relatable. When she released her second book, Furiously Happy, complete with Rory the (taxidermy) Raccoon on the cover, I had no idea it would change my life. She suffers from severe … Continue reading ‘Furiously Happy’
