Living Furiously

I am getting ready to head Down Under for 16 days! This is by far the furthest I’ve ever been out of my comfort zone and I couldn’t be more excited and more terrified. I spent Friday night seeing Hamilton (finally!!!) and it was wonderful. I feed off the energy in NYC. I have said that Philadelphia help bring me to life but New York City has put it into focus.

Since I took the leap to move north, my life has been fuller, I’ve become braver. I have done things that I could not have fathomed just a few years ago, when I felt the most stuck. It has given me the push to take a major leap of faith later this summer (not ready to share quite yet, I need to finalize somethings, but I will as soon as I can). I recently said yes to taking on some immense heights (literally and figuratively) and I didn’t even second guess it. It’s funny how life can work and that the path you thought you were on can lead to somewhere you never quite expected.

The adage that life is a journey not a destination is true. I was talking to my dad and just in awe at this past six months. I started in Iceland, am headed to New Zealand and Australia, and a big adventure in a couple of months. My dad said it was just the start of many and he is right (as always).

I cannot wait for the coming 16 days, it will be epic. I’ll tell you all about it when I return. Until then, be sure to follow my Instagram and Facebook pages for the latest! And remember to always live furiously!
